Pros

Great benefit package that is available in 90 days! Company wants to double the business by 2020 possible opportunity for advancement if they can create a better work environment for the warehouse employees that make all of the difference to the bottom line.

Cons

Cannot keep up with demanding workload from customer because the warehouse dose not have enough experienced employees to keep up with the demand. Customer is constantly upset with ODW because orders did not ship out on time or the order was shipped to wrong destination. Constant overturn of warehouse employees that do not know what they are doing.

The values and management team are amazing. The operation manager at Chino is one of the best I have ever worked for. You build relationships that make you want to come back every day and do your best!

Cons

Not many cons. Its a great place to build a career. Pay could be better.

Pros

Expectations are not unrealistic. The management is willing to work with scheduling issues. Generally a fairly relaxed attitude. If all you want is a paycheck it's quick easy employment.

Cons

Evaluations are entirely subjective. It is difficult to transition from temp to hire. Policies are not applied consistently. Opportunities, while given lots of lip service are slow to develop.
