End of year party/Christmas party. End of year bonus. Pretty diverse but it's branch by branch.

Cons

* Used to WFH 3 days a week then upper management changed it to only 1 day and it can't be Monday or Friday. * Insurance premium used to be paid by the company. Now upper management changed the policy so employees pay it now. (The only option is HDHP with HSA.) * You have to use sick day(you get paid out end of the year if you don't use it.) if you give less than 24 hrs notice but can use PTO if you give more than 24 hrs notice.

Thank you for your feedback. OEC Group consistently evaluates our benefits to ensure a well-rounded package. Due to market conditions, we had to make a small change to our plan to include a minimal cost and provides the best possible healthcare for our employees. OEC is continuing to pay-out unused sick time at the end of the year, however, our company is fully aware that nobody plans on getting sick and we encourage our employees to use their time as needed. The people are fairly nice, the building is nice, there's a coffee machine in the break room, monthly they'll get the office a treat like breakfast or boba tea etc.

Cons

Disorganized, they don't give you the necessary tools to work, turnover rate is high

Over the past few years, OEC has experienced tremendous growth which has led to revamping our teams and workload. We have implemented a digital transformation to enhance customer experience, implement a new ERP system, and improve employee efficiency. Through these changes, we understand there can be obstacles, but if any of our employees required different resources, they could speak freely with their manager to receive the help needed.
