      OEC Group has implemented a comprehensive 5 week training program to teach our new hires about the freight forwarding industry, OEC's processes and the computer systems used daily. It's unfortunate to hear that you did not find this training experience valuable.       Pros

      OEC provides free health insurance that covers medical, dental and vision for the employee. They also provide a bi-annual salary and bonus review each year. There are growth opportunities provided if you are dedicated and work hard. OEC also orders food and bubble tea for the employees very often as well. Nice office environment and co-workers. The office is an open floor plan for you to get to know your team members and other departments!
