OEC offers an internal training program called "The Freight School" which can range anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the employee's specific role at OEC Group. In addition, our close knit teams provides hands on training to our new team members to ensure their success within the company. OEC Group is currently experiencing a growth phase where we are hiring additional team members to accommodate the market's high workload demand.
