I have been working with OEC more than 7 years and so far, I still pretty enjoyed come to work every day. The culture here is really diverse and definitely, you have many good co-workers worked with you every day. I felt management treated employees nice and they made efforts to build up the moral and team spirit within departments. Company does Salary review and bonus review annually with employees. In my experience, these reviews will be the good opportunity to discuss the career opportunity with management. I see company provides many channels for employees to speak out their opinions. Furthermore, I felt company cares about employees, we have monthly birthday cake celebration, new hire and employee lunches, company dinners, wellness programs, annual picnic, softball game, fishing and annual Xmas party, etc.
