The people are great, welcoming and lovely.

Cons

Management is unable to weed out incompetence, promoting people, especially within the sales team to positions of power. They take advantage of those who work hard and demolish relationships. It’s pathetic. Also shows very weak leadership from above that these practices still exist.

People know what they're doing.

Cons

Everyone just kinda felt indifferent and focused on their own thing. I'm a social person, but for some reason had trouble making friends. Overall didn't sense much passion from the people there.

With nearly 200 employees in our New York office, we try to hold as many social events for our team members as possible. OEC has branches throughout the region that host specific events like a summer picnic, carnival, virtual bingo, potlucks, etc. and are looking forward to having more in person events in the future!
