Great co-workers and supervisors seem to care.

Cons

Very poor bonus and raise structure. Management is not transparent on how to get better raise ratings. There is still a buddy system for promotions.

Leadership does not practice what they preach. Many people will stab you in the back or throw you under the bus especially if you come from outside the company.
