Pros

They are very flexible. You get benefits day one and the amount of vacation time is great. They treat you as a person. Very employee focused.

Cons

Not well organized from a change management perspective. Need more focused groups to handle changes instead of giving it to the person who had the idea for the change.

They were hiring when I need a pay check.

Cons

The Executive long term compensation which includes Directors and above is structured such that they get bonus based on growth in earnings year over year. Since The company has no control over pricing that means they have to squeeze their employees and cost. There is virtually no investment in productivity software, no long term planning and no organizational growth. Those directors? They are everywhere. Many have no direct reports and do senior individual contributor work yet carry executive titles.

Competitive benefits that includes good pay structure.

Cons

Upper leadership among different business units don't get along and causes stress, demotivates the rest of the workforce. It used to be such a good company and i have been with this company for more than 25 years and it's in such a bad shape right now. Very sad. No accountability at the upper level.
