      "This company is not what it used to be..." Common phrase among long-term employees.

      Started with 4 weeks of vacation (but use most of it for "stress days")

      Cons

      Upper management does not talk to one another and plan projects on top of each other. The company has "favorites" - if you happen to not be one of those people or in one of those departments- No advancement. Change resistant (top down). Internal strife- so many people are worried about their job stability that they will do anything and everything to sabotage inter-departmental projects. Safety culture is excessive. I don't need to be lectured about the dangers of paper cuts or standing on chairs. Outsourcing- It seems that almost every department has outsourced their own job duties .

      Pros

      Pay , Education reimbursement that is really about it. Everything else is negative.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero regard for the lower ranks, zero effort in diversity, continually reducing staff and outsourcing with staffing up the upper ranks using the good ole boy system instead of bringing on valid senior people that can actually have a fresh outlook on things. I felt I had no choice to leave due to parts of the company ran by the good ole boy white heterosexual people who would never in a millioin years give a minority or any kind a chance. this company is racist and ran by people that only value a dollar.

      Good Benefits Good Pay Supportive of the Community.

      Cons

      10 years behind everyone else. Lack of flexibility. A butts in seats company. Lack of parental leave. React instead of proactive. Pro field employees not office employees.
