Started with 4 weeks of vacation (but use most of it for "stress days")
Cons
Upper management does not talk to one another and plan projects on top of each other. The company has "favorites" - if you happen to not be one of those people or in one of those departments- No advancement. Change resistant (top down). Internal strife- so many people are worried about their job stability that they will do anything and everything to sabotage inter-departmental projects. Safety culture is excessive. I don't need to be lectured about the dangers of paper cuts or standing on chairs. Outsourcing- It seems that almost every department has outsourced their own job duties .
