- I spent 4 months passed probation delivering value in my capacity and was suddenly retrenched without warning following the dissolution of my team - HR tries to "help" me shift internally to other teams, all interviews and chats went extremely well with adequate enthusiasm, but the decisions were made shortly after these chats that I wasn't a good fit, this leads me to think they may have already decided not to retain me for whatever arbitrary reasons even though I have the right skillsets and past experiences directly relevant to the roles - Hire and fire culture across all departments
