      Political af. This is a super china-run company. Theres a lot of firings that happen every other week. 0 job security. People get fired for nothing most of the time. Culture is terrible. Most managers are under qualified and also useless lol

      Good pay and perks, but high stress and low autonomy

      Pros

      pays well if you come in as a senior role. perks are very good. very comfortable for people who are chiongsters.

      Cons

      super stressful, which comes from having low autonomy over your own work because it’s very reliant on what the upper management decides. Roadmap also changes quickly.

      Pros

      - Amazing team, amazing leadership - Great leadership, very easy to talk to and about anything with TLs and Manager - Benefits are good, monthly Grab allowances, night shift unlimited Grab allowance from office to home, e-book + wellness + optical allowances generously provided. Good medical insurance as well - AL and SL system very simple and easy - HR team is easy approachable and always eager to help with any matters - KL location is ideal with public transport, many great food locations in the vicinity - Pays great overtime - Occasional WFH with common courtesy and for emergencies - Standardized Apple system throughout the whole company, easy to collaborate and work together when systems are synced - Generous performance + team engagement monthly allowances

      Cons

      - Workload is unstable. Mostly there is barely any work and you find yourself restless because you have to commit to random adhoc tasks - Very frequent layoffs with barely 2 weeks notice. Not very lenient in helping you move within the project to other teams, they prefer you leave the company instead - Shifts is fine, but having a different shift EVERY month is not. Very hard to plan ahead when shift schedules only come out at the end of every month
