Cons

Do not work here. The worst work culture I have ever witnessed with the worst middle management. The definition of incompetence in one company.

No work-life balance, but above-market pay

Pros

-pay is above market -coworkers are talented and most of them are helpful -exposure to many crypto products

Cons

-inability to enjoy or plan most weekday evenings due to OT, leading to burnout (same issue shared by a lot of reviewers here) -certain managers have unpredictable moods, making teammates feel unsafe -tedious reporting eats into our actual work responsibilities
