Pros

- Market leading compensation - One of, if not the best benefits in the market ($45 food delivery meal budget daily, free grab rides after 9pm, around $2.5k annual learning and fitness allowance) - You're surrounded by very talented and brilliant individuals - If you're passionate about crypto, this is one of the forefronts of the space - Very robust product and engineering organization and processes - This is a results-focused company. You cannot just be performative. Show results or be shown the door.

Cons

- Here, everything ultimately lives and dies by the CEO's word. This isn't necessarily a bad thing—especially when the CEO is competent and has a clear vision, which is true in this case. However, it creates an environment where managers make decisions solely based on 'Would the CEO like this?' rather than 'Would the user like this? - Adoption of English as the main language for communication has definitely picked up over the years, but this is still a very Mandarin-forward company. While it is very team-dependent, its still something important to consider for any potential joiner. - Probably doesn't need to be said, but this is probably not the place to be if work-life balance is important to you
