Cons

- Very product-driven and very fast delivery, which caused engineering quality is not very good in some aspects. - No WFH, even team members locate in different offices

Constructive working environment. There are room to grow professionally. Attractive allowances. Suitable to those who wants to hustle extra. Minimal supervision.

Cons

Fast pace working environment which is as expected if you are working in this industry. No wfh option, fully from office. Hot-seat style.

Pros

- Culture is nice and lovely - Colleagues are helpful - Teamwork is very good, very cooperative - Management is very nice as well, transparent, we know the direction and goals that we are heading to - Admin department did a nice job, from birthday to festive celebrations, everything on point - Everyone is passionate about their work

Cons

- Team is expanding, but seems like not enough place to seat, especially the interval of morning shift and noon shift, yet we have some senior colleagues are joining us from China soon
