Work culture - Lacks transparency from senior managers - Planned discussions can be dissolved as per manager's will - Poor impact realization and prioritization. - Long term Planning of deliverables is only limited to documents - Creating a false competitive environment by encouraging employees working on weekend. Emps are asked to give good ratings on glassdoor in exchange of goodies

Pros

- great salary - decent benefits (health, dental are both pretty good, not the best), some 401k matching - can receive RSU or coin/cash option - interesting work and good colleagues

Cons

- terrible work-life balance, frequent collaboration with different timezones, especially APAC - hard to work without knowing Chinese in a lot of instances - holiday calendar and PTO are more sparse than many other tech companies
