- Nice office environment with important perks like lunch allowance etc. - Hands-on management - Global company which offers plenty of working opportunities across departments / countries

Cons

A norm across all big, global and fast organisations, things can be a little fluid and ambiguous. However, this mean opportunities to create and own projects.

FAANGS wannabe. Attractive perks to make it feel like a great company

Cons

HR leadership of all pillars are power struggling and incapable except making downline do the dirty work. P6-² and above are the culprits. Senior mgmt team lacks leadership ability but pretends like they have it all. TA teams is one of the worst!
