1. Senior leadership team are forward thinking, aligned and focused on growth strategies internationally. 2. Goals setting and performance feedback /communication with my leaders are prompt, transparent and constructive. 3. Strong collaborative culture here where various cross functional and regional teams work together respectfully as one team to get things done in the right way. 4. SG office really pamper the staff well with fully stocked pantry (e.g., fruits, drinks, snacks, ice cream), regular festive celebrations and wellness events. 5. There are also daily food allowance (i.e., food panda lunch and dinner), monthly team building allowance, yearly fitness and learning funds.

Cons

The SG office’s set up is fantastic but it will be great if our non-engg colleagues can also have the adjustable tables.

- Good balance of workload to make sure you are not burnt out, but still growing at the same time. - Autonomy to make an impact.

Cons

- So far, it really is the most enjoyable workplace compared to other companies.
