      - Great training and phased onboarding plan - Supportive colleagues and leadership - Strong company outlook with heavy growth potential - Opportunities to build out processes have great impact

      Cons

      - Accrued vacation policy. Time off in first 3 months is unpaid. - Pressure to work from office (unusual for crypto industry).

      Good place for technically challenging work in the web3 industry for engineers.

      Pros

      Work is technically challenging, with interesting problems to solve. There is also a good chance to learn alot if you are a fresh grad.

      Cons

      Mandarin is spoken about 70% of the time, although this is team dependent. The business is more reactive than proactive, reacting to changes in the market rather than having clear goals and thesis that the company moves towards.
