Competitive compensation, great perks like foodpanda allowance and team bonding fee. Mentorship program can help you familiar with the company and work environment.

Cons

Fast-paced, direction changed a bit frequent according to the market, need to keep up with the information in the market as well. The insurance could cover more and have a better plan for the health check
