Working in OKX, a global top cryptocurrency exchange company has been both an honor and responsibility. The Pros that I'm mostly grateful for is the benefits provided by the company. OKX Malaysia has been the most generous company I've ever worked at. For instance, the Grab benefits for transportation of going home after 9 pm and the Meal Benefits of MYR 25 [per day] is just amazing. Also, the team building fund is very well appreciated. For the team culture perspective, I'm grateful to be surrounded by helpful, intelligent and fun colleagues. For the scope of work in terms of AML Ops department, the tasks allocation are satisfactory and training are being provided adequately. For the learning and potential, there are opportunities that I observed and some colleagues are soaring high with their strengths being celebrated. For leadership and working style, my leaders are considerate and always there to help. Onboarding Experience has been such a breeze.
