- Its about kissing up not about the work you do - all managers are still living in 1950s - Department heads have no expertise in their area - You are not going to learn anything from here - crypto firm with government office management style

Pros

1. Nice people, nice team, great product 2. Moving fast, so there are plenty of opportunities you can learn new things and grow yourself 3. Excellent office team, I love the monthly B-day party

Cons

1. The workload is super high, night meetings with Asia teams are always expected 2. Leadership is not that transparent to employees, especially for earlier joiners in terms of compensation package, which turns out it's unfair comparing with new hires 3. Too many random requirements from leadership, particularly from CEO, engineers have to pause the current project and do whatever being told by leadership 4. Promotion cycle is a bit long
