Great culture (at least in my department) Work with some very smart people and capable leaders. Rewarded for your effort

Cons

Large and complex international crypto company. While this isn't inherently bad, the work can get challenging, especially in compliance. So it's not for everyone. However, if you're a creative problem solver who thrives under pressure, this is for you.

Terrible management, always reorganizing, they do not they what they are doing. Very siloed mentality.
