      1. Overall culture and stable workflows. Events, CSR, Festivities are well managed and engaging. 2. Fantastic onboarding experience, and they will fully equip you for your daily tasks. 3. Scope of work is exactly as mentioned, but may change time to time, depending on various factors. 4. Leadership is very strong, and direction is clear.

      Cons

      This place may be too fast-paced, as information and requirement changes at F1 speeds. You will need to brace yourself, and educate/update your knowledge, on a daily basis, to ensure accuracy of your tasks. Changes can be too much, or too drastic, which may require strong mentality.

      Changes bring certain level of uncertainties, while we all know that changes will bring us benefits eventually, some require longer time to adapt to changes.
