My experience during probation at OKX has been extremely positive. From the beginning, I received a very warm welcome and genuine acceptance from everyone on the team, which made the transition into the company smooth and comfortable. The support from my manager and teammates has been excellent, and there is a strong culture of collaboration where people genuinely want to see each other grow and succeed. I also appreciate the sincere effort from management to ensure employees’ safety, comfort, and well-being. It’s motivating to work alongside highly capable professionals who excel in their roles and are clearly passionate about what they do. The environment encourages learning, teamwork, and continuous development.
