OKX is a great place to work, benefits are great, great colleagues, there is a lot of room to have impact and add processes. No stress. great management.

Cons

Company is new so still a lot of room to improve processes but thats a positive thing where you can bring your expertise and have impact.

Company is growing ... a rarity in 2024 when most companies are either laying off people or on a hiring freeze; hence it feels like a little oasis sanctuary in the broader, harsh desert environment.

- It's a big company with great people, meaning you have more opportunities to achieve what you want in here - Great employee benefits - Chill vibe in general, no crazy KPIs - Supportive co-workers

Cons

- Specs aren't super clear, anticipate to navigate in ambiguity - Need to be self-motivated for most of the time
