OKG is my "Go-to" company because it offers fresh knowledges and promising benefits !

Cons

Everything is provided for may be we got too spoiled? Kindly re-visit on parking benefit especially for nightshifter, its quite dangerous to park outside and working alone for ladies.

1. Good Salary (for me) you need to negotiate better tho 2. Good benefits (Grab,shift,PH,OT,medical coverage) 3. Good working environment (Good TLs, colleagues, team building almost every month and lots of event)

Cons

1. For those coming from banking may think AL here are quite low 2. WFH is a plus but only once per week, so if you are looking for more WFH maybe it is a cons for you Besides this two, I can’t think of any cons else.
