Real start up culture, able to make significant contributions to the group as an individual, at the cutting edge of blockchain and crypto technologies and products, well resourced with generous allowances and in-kind benefits

Cons

Culture still values loyalty on all fronts a little too much, sometimes to conflicting ends. Yes men go further than competence in the short run.

Pros

Decent pay, flexibility depending on your team/role, most people are fun to work with.

Cons

Growing pains are evident with culture clashes between China and US. A lot of bureaucracy and inefficiencies in decision making. Not a lot of clear vision to work toward. If you're not bilingual your growth opportunities are very limited or non existent.
