A typical Chinese company that unofficially encourages working overtime and flattering the leaders. If you cannot speak Mandarin, you maybe feel extremely suffer.

Cons

- Got to understand Chinese as it's Chinese working culture is still prevalent - Very fast paced with unrealistic expectations at times - Long term career progression is still a question mark as company favours only the best performers
