+ good bonus, 2, 4, 8 months of Salary for the rating of Meet(A), Exceed(S), Super(SS) + Good engineering culture, fewer meetings, focus on productivity and efficiency. + Cash Flow is healthy and goood

Cons

- RSU will expire up to 1 or 2 years depends how long you stay, this is a bad policy.

1. Clear strategy directions 2. Good working env, engineering team are strong and helpful. 3. People are straightforward, no political stuffs. 4. Pay well.

Cons

People are busy here and result orientied, meaning it is a good place for people who really want to deliver or change something, may not a good place for chasing a good WLB.
