- Good benefits (meal/fitness/learning allowance, plentiful snacks & drinks, generous team bonding allowances) - Less hierarchical than other companies i've been at before, common to approach someone multiple ranks higher for help and vice versa - Good learning opportunities and trusted with impactful work from the start

Cons

- Language barrier may be a concern but is a team dependent concern - Fully WFO
