I have an amazing team that is always willing and ready to help each other. I love working on Design Projects where I learn more and more about Crypto! I also love coming to the office because everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to.

Cons

Sometimes Design task can have special Legal requirements that are often changed and it can be tedious to make changes over and over again.

I can't think of any, sorry but not sorry

Cons

1. The management plus CEO are Sexism and racism (only nice to westerners) 2. Management tread you as a slave 3. No one appreciate your work 4. Poor management skill 5. No boundaries, expect you 24*7 but only pay you 9-6 6. Too many PCR, and they have really poor manners

If you enjoy learning, growing, and challenges, then this place is for you! :) - Decent total compensation package - Intelligent and passionate colleagues - Constant learning - Cross-cultural collaboration

Cons

- At first, it may be a culture shock due to the constant changes in the crypto industry. (I felt fully acclimated after 5 months - think of the culture shock model.) - This work environment is not for everyone because you need to enjoy challenges and face them head-on. - Global working hours
