Above-market rate package and long term incentives

Cons

Bonding with boss can only take place at alcoholic events well after mid-night. A workplace with total disrespect for employee's rest time and annual leave, often involving non-urgent matters, etc. Senior management defies contractual commitments, full of nepotism, jealous of talents. Do not join OKX - unless you are prepared to be a completely subservient and obedient employee who sacrifice your own self-respect and dignity.

I am thankful for this role as I am learning a lot about the crypto industry and providing a ton of knowledge on how to enhance their overall program as well. A smaller firm allows for job growth, if you are successful in your role.

Cons

Long hours and global calls at times.

Decent pay and perks. Good place to learn and work.

Cons

Restructuring constantly happens, making everyone so hard to get used to the module we own. really stressful environment. A mistake shouldn't be made, otherwise you are doomed.
