- Reasonable package - Lunch & dinner allowances - L&D allowances - If you have lots of ideas and time to spend, this might be a right place - Flat mgmt structure with more chances to be visible

- Long hours & no break - Always shifting priorities - Experience can vary a lot from team to team, boss to boss - Job security
