      - Nice office environment with important perks like lunch allowance etc. - Hands-on management - Global company which offers plenty of working opportunities across departments / countries

      Cons

      A norm across all big, global and fast organisations, things can be a little fluid and ambiguous. However, this mean opportunities to create and own projects.
