Pros

Competitive salary, work life balance, flexibility with WFH (although we now spend some days in the office), TERRIFIC benefits (superb insurance, multiple stipends) tech-forward thinking, etc.

Cons

Normal tech life issues. Processes and applications tend to change pretty quickly so you need to remain agile and roll with the punches, but there is a good sense of camaraderie about it. You also need to operate in ambiguity. The company is also lacking in 401(k) matching (only 1% right now) and PTO is standard or maybe a bit below with the only holidays being federal bank holidays. Other benefits sort of drown out those cons though.

My experience with OKX from initial communication through on-boarding and starting with the organization has been best-in-class. The HR team was communicative and the interview process was clear, concise and well orchestrated. I am excited to be at OKX.
