1. Good team. Lots of experienced PMs, Data Analysts and Engineers. 2. Collaboration is smooth, including internal and cross-functional collaborations. 3. Goal-oriented, and OKR-driven culture makes everything transparent and simple.

1. It would be better to have a stronger insurance company.
