- great engineering culture m. not so much paperwork - flat management - team and business are growing fast so lots of opportunity to lead new initiatives - Lark for collaboration, which is second to none - Very competitive compensation and perks - Most people work 10-7 - Mostly vertical integration within HK and SG

Cons

- Non Chinese speaker may find themselves not getting first hand information from time to time - Tech infra is not comparable to top tier tech firms

Chinese culture, long hours but good benefits

good benefits, including meal allowance, L&D budget, nice office in causeway bay

Cons

team changes happen a lot, lot of decisions driven by senior people in China, rest of team doesn't really know what's going on, long hours, expect to be on call and respond 24-7, quite common that team bosses send messages at 4/5 am and see how long before you respond, value long hours and loyalty

Pros

Good benefits and teammates. That's it.

Cons

Very Chinese-oriented. Toxic PRC culture as well. Do not believe in any claims that the company will be internationalized soon. Many people are barely literate in English. Expect yourself to be on call 24/7. Your well-being is not one of their concerns. The management team is unprofessional as well. They make absurd decisions from time to time, and they will never take feedback. Their decision is final. A lot of restructuring is going on, but none of them seems to have a clear objective, leading the company to nowhere.
