      Pros

      -- Good working environment. Nice office, good package including lunch, dinner , taxi if work late -- Global business in different markets. I have chance to visit different countries and meet different customers. -- Focus on product quality. Product managers are given enough resource and time to do research on market and customers.

      Cons

      -- collaboration. It is challenging to work in a team where the members are located in very different timezone.
