Great culture (at least in my department) Work with some very smart people and capable leaders. Rewarded for your effort

Cons

Large and complex international crypto company. While this isn't inherently bad, the work can get challenging, especially in compliance. So it's not for everyone. However, if you're a creative problem solver who thrives under pressure, this is for you.

- The work environment is somewhat laid-back and not too formal. - Free lunch. - Fast paced work environment, you can really make necessary changes fast.

Cons

- Some dependency to international teams that's a bit cumbersome. - Sudden scope changes for projects may be possible.
