I like the fast-paced, hyper-focused environment at OKX. If you're the sort who likes to show up, contribute and make a difference, OKX is the perfect culture for it. The employee benefits are generous and many of my friends in the crypto space are really envious of what we have.

Cons

If you like small, family-style, where everyone knows the name of your children/pets kind of environment, OKX may be a shock. Cos it is such a big company, it will be hard to form small, tight-knit circles in the first few months you are here. You may feel a bit isolated at times but this is something that will go away very quickly.
