- Cutting-edge technology - Tons of amenities provided when working in the office - The Admins group maintains a family-like atmosphere - Constant productive collaborations across all levels of U.S. engineers - Descent compensation

Cons

- A slight challenge when working with Engineers in different time zones (Europe and Asia) - It is transitioning to be a global company. Therefore. it should require employees to communicate in the official local language (in the office) rather than the language of the majority

- The colleagues are friendly and nice to work with - Good benefits esp insurance - Flexible hours - Office has good snack options, free lunch if working from office

Cons

- Minimal 401K matching provided by the company - Since teams are located all over the world, esp Asia timezone, coordinating with them might be challenging if not used to this style of working
