      Good tech stack, java centric. Provide foodpanda allowance for lunch and dinner.

      Cons

      Management always come up with random deadlines and pressure you to do a lot of work, they ended up taking the credit and get their promotion. You will always be burned out here. Avoid if possible

      Great place to work but you need time to adjust

      Pros

      - Genuinely fast paced place, at any given time there are all sorts of new ideas flying around and people willing to try them - Supremely intelligent, humble, and hardworking colleagues keen to deliver cutting edge products - Lots of flexibility in how you get work done. No one has time to micro manage you (though different functions may have a different experience), you're expected to be professional and deliver what you need to.

      Cons

      - Not a con per se, but the place has a unique and deep rooted culture and you need to be patient as you find your space to fit in
