Pros

Colleagues amazing to interact with both offline and online. Seniors easy to contact and willing to teach, able to learn plenty as long as you're proactive Eventful environment with team bonding experiences, feel very included. Could have more allowance though. Competitive salary and all those standard benefits like annual leaves and meal allowance.

Cons

Sometimes need to OT depending on the type of events, but quite usual in these bigger companies.

1. Foodpanda allowance for lunch and dinner allowance for OT 2. Decent salary package compared to other companies

Cons

1. Poor job security, high turnover rate - many colleagues leave after short stints 2. No work life balance; constant pressure to meet tight deadlines; constant lark message after work and weekends 3. Fast results is often prioritized over quality of work, in the long term we have to clean up those fragile, less maintainable and irreponsible way of writing code to get things done previously 4. Frequent chinese communication in the workplace despite years of effort to "internationalize" and encourage English usage 5. Don't feel appreciated for our hard work
