      Above-market rate package and long term incentives

      Cons

      Bonding with boss can only take place at alcoholic events well after mid-night. A workplace with total disrespect for employee's rest time and annual leave, often involving non-urgent matters, etc. Senior management defies contractual commitments, full of nepotism, jealous of talents. Do not join OKX - unless you are prepared to be a completely subservient and obedient employee who sacrifice your own self-respect and dignity.

      Join if you are PRC or you like getting micromanaged

      Pros

      You get a high salary which is great if you can survive. Get to challenge your mental agility and tolerance for nonsense. Learn to be "adaptable" to constant berating and micromanagement.

      Cons

      Super racist, only promote people who are china-borned. Tries to pretend that they are an inclusive employer but internal meetings are all in Chinese. Literally fires people because they can. Every 6 months, there is a mandatory "B" performance category where employees will get asked to leave with no proper PIP or process. Be prepared for 5 days a week in office, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports. Probation process needs to do a meeting to pass Spread of communism top down approach

      good pay and good benefit

      Cons

      1, terrible work life balance 2, very bad management 3, managers can decide to lay off an employee in one day without performance review, and finish it the next day, and they do not want the input or feedback from the employee side
