Pros

Pay is better than Chinese exchanges but worse than Western ones.

Cons

Toxic culture. Working overtime all the time. Very Chinese. No work life balance. HR asked new joined to post a lot of fake positive comments.

Very sick culture, micromanaging bosses

Good location at MBFC, well stocked pantry, team bonding funds

Cons

Be prepared to: Be micro-managed to every single detail Be in constant worry whether you will keep your job Experience management changes once every few weeks Speak and write in Mandarin even if you can't Carry balls instead of doing actual work Obey every single instructions from your chinese counterparts in Beijing

A toxic culture, not suitable for engineers

Company benefits are good. Snacks, allowances, etc.

Cons

A total Chinese culture company. A bunch of managers hired from Ant Financial are creating the same toxic culture here. Very bossy environment. Engineers are not focusing on development but spending a lot of time doing daily reporting, weekly reporting, daily standup, evening meetings, and many other things just to make bosses feel in the control. And managers are fighting between teams trying to gain more controls. Do avoid if you expect a tech company and engineering culture
