      Decent pay and health benefits.

      Cons

      Top down environment. Most common phrase is "boss wants it". 3 hours meeting with no conclusion. Significant tech debt. 100% work in office. You won't be involved in discussion if you can't speak mandarin. Office is overcrowded, toilet can take up to 1 hour during lunch break

      Toxic company culture all managers have twisted mindset

      - Its about kissing up not about the work you do - all managers are still living in 1950s - Department heads have no expertise in their area - You are not going to learn anything from here - crypto firm with government office management style
