Senior Software Engineer at Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd Interviewed Dec 2024 in Hong Kong "It's a totally waste of time, they are not really hiring, they intertview just for theire KPIs. No respects to candidates at all I finished the technical itnerview and able to work out the live codinbg problems. But never heard back from them even I asked twice, while I see the same role reposted again and again in Linkedxx in the last 3 months after I interviewed"

- Fun colleague - Quite high pay - At TRX - Grab allowance

Cons

- Management bad, like crazy bad. - Even the CEO have bad way of thinking “If you don’t like it here, quit” he said in a townhall - Workloads are crazy! You’ll get crazy discouraged over the heavy heavy workload. - Very fast changes too fast
