Pros
1) Team is supportive and work has been interesting 2) Manager and supervisors are more like mentors and true leaders who instruct how you need to achieve what you would like to achieve, rather than dictate what task you should finish by when 3) Opportunity to work directly with C level even as C levels are several steps higher than me
Cons
Suggest bring fitness budget (1050 a year) to be higher than educational budget (1400 a year), to at least cover an annual subscription of a reasonable gym membership or classpass subscription (these are generally 200+ / month)
