great potential company with top 3 transaction volume in the word. everything you do here is at scale. your work impact much more people than traditional industry.

Cons

global company has the same issue - cross timezone communication. the company has many offices, sometimes you need to stay late for asian timezone.

Base salary is high, bonus is generous manager is nice work load is ok

Cons

RSU is a disappointment, since we don't know if or when it will go IPO There are lots of big tech companies around the office too easy to jump but maybe it's the economy, not so many people leave
