Pros
- The company culture is good, they have a lot of events you can be apart of. - Majority of the staff are nice and always open to answering questions which is really good when the job itself is a lot.
Cons
- Micromanages to the highest level. While yes we're remote, I understand you want to make sure we are working, at the same time there are so many other things that we as DMSs do to help our clients succeed that is not tracked by any KPIs. It's not fair to be punished for that. - They expect the Digital Marketing Specialists to be sales people as well because their sales team does not do a good job of bringing in good and quality leads. A lot of clients end up canceling after a month, if that! And it's usually not the DMS's fault, usually because of my next point. - The work the fulfillment team does is so bare minimum (not to the teams fault more so the processes the company allows them to do, which is little btw), the recommendations they are able to give us does not help the client’s campaign when it starts to fall. While yes we as the specialist need to do the work and help come up with good strategies, we're not the ones specifically working on the product. It just feels like we're the messenger and the client is wasting their money, so I get why they cancel.
